FIRST OF ALL, STUDYING OUR OWN CLIMATE: MEDITERRANEAN CLIMATE

Hello everyone, this is a blog made by students from  "La Torreta" Secondary School in Elda (Spain). This term we want to study one of the most important problems our world has been facing during recent years: Climate change and global warming.
To begin with, we will observe what is happening around us. So we are going to study  our own climate, the Mediterranean climate. Once we now all the parameters and main characteristics, we will analyze the causes and consequences of climate change and its impact, not only in the Mediterranean region, but also its global effects in the world.
Let's have a look at the presentations we have prepared:

MEDITERRANEAN CLIMATE: TEMPERATURES, RAINFALL AND HUMIDITY

MEDITERRANEAN SOILS

MEDITERRANEAN VEGETATION

MEDITERRANEAN WILDLIFE

HUMAN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO MEDITERRANEAN CLIMATE
